Bill Title: Amends the School Code. Requires that any and all reports submitted on behalf of education-related advisory groups, boards, committees, councils, task forces, and working groups to the General Assembly, the Governor, the State Board of Education, and the Board of Higher Education also be submitted to the Illinois P-20 Council. Effective immediately.
