Bill Title: Amends the Educator Licensure Article of the School Code. Provides that the State Educator Preparation and Licensure Board may allow one member representing the Board of Higher Education and one member representing the Illinois Community College Board to serve as nonvoting, ex officio members on the Board. Specifies that certain community colleges are recognized schools or institutions.
