Bill Title: Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that medical appliances, including, but not limited to, devices used to provide advanced life support services, and Class III medical devices that are used for cancer treatment pursuant to a prescription are exempt from the taxes imposed by those Acts. Effective January 1, 2025.
