Bill Title: Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that, beginning on January 1, 2025, with respect to firearms, the taxes under those Acts are imposed at the rate of 11%. Effective immediately.
