Bill Title: Amends the Administration Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that all foster families shall automatically qualify for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits regardless of income, subject to federal approval if required. Requires the Department of Human Services to apply for any federal waivers or approvals necessary to implement the amendatory Act. Effective immediately.
