Bill Title: Appropriates the amount of $53,000,000 from the Capital Facility and Technology Modernization Fund to the Office of the Comptroller for technology modernization of the Statewide Legacy Systems and maintenance of information technology systems and infrastructure and other costs. Appropriates the amount of $53,000,000 to the Office of the Comptroller from the General Revenue Fund for deposit into the Capital Facility and Technology Modernization Fund. Effective July 1, 2024.
