Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act. In provisions governing peace officer disputes, provides that an arbitration decision may include residency requirements in municipalities with a population under 1,000,000 (instead of 100,000) and shall not include residency requirements in municipalities with a population of at least 1,000,000 (instead of 100,000). Effective immediately.
