Changes provisions requiring a petition or certificate of nomination to include a statement that the filing candidate is not affiliated with a communist organization or specified group which advocates the overthrow of constitutional government by force or other means not permitted under the U.S. Constitution or the Illinois Constitution to include any hate group and white supremacist organization.
