Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Crime Reduction Act of 2009. Provides that the policies, rules, and regulations adopted by the Parole Division and the Prisoner Review Board shall authorize and implement the use by the Department of Corrections of drug detecting scanning devices for supervised individuals packages and mail. Provides that the policies, rules, and regulations of the Department of Corrections shall authorize and implement the Department of Corrections use of drug detecting scanning devices for prisoners packages and mail for suspected drugs.
