Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Increases the distance that rail carriers are required to clear view obstructions along their right of way if the associated rail crossing is on a section of track where train speeds may exceed 80 mph. Requires rail carriers to place signs alerting train operators to upcoming farm private crossings along stretches of track where train speeds may exceed 80 mph.
