Bill Title: Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that the graphic arts machinery and equipment exemption, and the corresponding Manufacturer's Purchase Credit for graphic arts machinery and equipment, sunsets on August 30, 2024 (instead of August 30, 2014). Provides that the exemption applies during the entire period from September 1, 2004 through August 30, 2024, including, but not limited to, the period beginning on August 31, 2014 and ending on the effective date of the amendatory Act. Effective immediately.
