Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975. Provides that payments of a percentage of the pari-mutuel handle from an inter-track wagering location licensee to the municipality and county in which it is located must be paid by the licensee on a monthly basis no later than the 10th of the month following the month such handle was generated. Effective immediately.
