Bill Title: Amends the Innovation Development and Economy Act. Changes the definition of "local sales taxes" to exclude any taxes authorized under the Flood Prevention District Act (now, the definition excludes taxes authorized under the Flood Prevention District Act for so long as the flood prevention district does not impose a tax on real property). Amends the Flood Prevention District Act. Deletes provisions concerning the monthly transfer to the STAR Bonds Revenue Fund of the local sales tax increment collected within a STAR bond district that is located within a flood prevention district. Effective immediately.
