Bill Title: Amends the Property Tax Code. Provides that the Department of Revenue, with the assistance of the Office of Appraisals, shall maintain a database of all appraisals introduced as evidence in hearings before the Property Tax Appeal Board or the board of review. Provides that the database must be searchable by certain specified parameters. Effective immediately.
