Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Torture Inquiry and Relief Commission Act. Provides that, no later than one year after the effective date of the amendatory Act, the Commission shall determine the resources necessary to assess the credibility or lack thereof of each claim within 2 years after the date upon which the claim was received, and shall make a report of its findings to the Governor and the General Assembly.
