Bill Title: Amends the State Finance Act. Creates the Illinois State Police Cadet Class Fund. Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that $1 of specified vehicle registration fees shall be deposited into the Illinois State Police Cadet Class Fund to fund an annual cadet class fund. Effective immediately.
