Bill Title: Amends the Election Code. Repeals provisions requiring a petition or certificate of nomination to include a statement that the filing candidate is not affiliated with a communist organization or any foreign political agency, party, organization, or government that advocates the overthrow of constitutional government by force or other means not permitted under the U.S Constitution. Makes conforming changes throughout the Code. Effective immediately.
