Bill Title: Amends the Minimum Wage Law. Increases the minimum wage for workers who are 26 years of age or older to $9 per hour in 2017, $9.50 per hour in 2018, and $10 per hour in 2019. Makes corresponding changes in the Act. Provides that a municipality may not establish a minimum wage in an amount greater than the minimum wage established under the Minimum Wage Law and preempts home rule.
