Bill Title: Amends the Manufactured Home Landlord Tenant Rights Act. Defines "manufactured home owner" and "displaced manufactured home owner". Creates the Manufactured Home Owners Relocation Trust Fund. Provides procedures to pay a manufactured home owner displaced by a community closure and provides for required payments from a manufactured home community owner to a displaced manufactured home owner and to the Manufactured Home Owners Relocation Trust Fund. Provides that the Manufactured Home Owners Relocation Trust Fund shall be used to provide assistance for the relocation of displaced manufactured home owners and for other purposes. Makes other changes.
