Bill Title: Amends the Video Gaming Act. Removes references to inter-track wagering location licensees from the definition of "licensed establishment". Removes the restriction that an establishment authorized to conduct video gaming under the Act that is located within 1,000 feet of an organization licensee is ineligible to operate a video gaming terminal.
