Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that if, while at the scene of a disabled vehicle, the law enforcement officer allows the owner or operator of the disabled vehicle to select a towing service to relocate the disable vehicle, the selected towing service shall appear on the law enforcement agency's tow rotation list.
