Bill Title: Amends various Acts relating to the governance of public universities and community colleges in Illinois. Requires the governing board of each public university and community college district to provide, in buildings located on the institution's campus that have public access, at least one lactation room or other secure area for a lactating student to express breast milk, breastfeed an infant child, or address other needs related to breastfeeding, in private. Provides that an existing room or area may be used to satisfy the requirements. Effective January 1, 2022.
