Bill Title: Amends the Fair Patient Billing Act. Provides that upon a patient's request, a hospital must submit a copy of the patient's bill to any health care plan or plans designated by the patient. Provides that if a hospital has agreed to accept payment from a particular health care plan for inpatient and outpatient services provided in the hospital, the hospital may not refuse to submit any patient's bill to that health care plan upon the patient's request.
