Bill Texts: IL HB0675 | 2017-2018 | 100th General Assembly
Bill Title: Amends the General Obligation Bond Act and the Capital Development Bond Act of 1972. Provides that the unused portion of federal funds received for or as reimbursement for a capital facilities or capital improvement project (rather than the unused portion of federal funds received for a capital facilities or capital improvement project) shall remain in the Capital Development Board Contributory Trust Fund. Removes provisions providing that any federal funds received as reimbursement for the completed construction of a capital facilities or capital improvement project shall be deposited in the General Obligation Bond Retirement and Interest Fund or the Capital Development Bond Retirement and Interest Fund. Effective immediately.
