Bill Title: Amends the Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons Property Tax Relief Act by reinstating the pharmaceutical assistance program that was eliminated by Public Act 97-689 and changing the short title of the Act to the Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons Property Tax Relief and Pharmaceutical Assistance Act. Makes corresponding changes in other Acts. Effective immediately.
