Bill Title: Creates the Program to License Electricians Act. Provides that the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation shall create a program to license electricians in the State. Provides that once the program is in effect, all electricians in the State must be licensed to practice in the State. Provides that the Department has the authority to adopt rules to create the program to license electricians.
