Bill Title: Amends the Park District Aquarium and Museum Act. Provides that any aquarium or museum in a county with a population of less than 3,000,000 inhabitants must be open to the public without charge for a period equivalent to 26 days each year. Further provides that any aquarium or museum in a county with a population of 3,000,000 or more inhabitants must be open to the public without charge for a period equivalent to 52 days each year. Effective immediately.
