Bill Title: Reinserts the provisions of the introduced bill with the following changes: Amends the Department of Professional Regulation Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that the definition of "health care professional" includes a person licensed or registered by the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation under the Medical Practice Act of 1987. Makes corresponding changes. Effective January 1, 2024.
