Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. In provisions creating a credit for rehabilitation costs associated with qualified historic property located in a River Edge Redevelopment Zone, provides that, if the River Edge Redevelopment Zone is located in the City of East St. Louis, then the tax credit applies for taxable years that end prior to January 1, 2027 (currently, January 1, 2022). Effective immediately.
