Bill Title: Amends the Criminal Identification Act. Provides that notwithstanding any other provision of the Act, on and after the effective date of the amendatory Act, a person who was convicted of or pled guilty to a possession of not more than 30 grams of any substance containing cannabis or possession of drug paraphernalia seized in relation to possession of not more than 10 grams of any substance containing cannabis is subject to automatic expungement. The person may petition the court of his or her right to have eligible records immediately expunged. Provides that the clerk shall deliver a certified copy of the expungement order to the Department of State Police and the arresting agency. Provides that upon request, the State's Attorney shall furnish the name of the arresting agency. Provides that the expungement shall be completed within 14 business days after the receipt of the expungement order.
