Bill Title: Amends the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Systems Act. Provides for renewal of vehicle service provider licenses at intervals determined by the Department of Public Health, which shall be not less than every 2 years (instead of annual renewals). Provides for inspection of licensed vehicle service providers at intervals determined by the Department, which shall be not less than every 2 years (instead of annual inspections).
