Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. Creates a deduction in an amount equal to 15% of the tax imposed under the Use Tax Act or the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act on the selling price of an alternative fuel vehicle or electric vehicle purchased during the taxable year. Effective immediately.
