Bill Title: Amends the Hotel Operators' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that certain certified amounts of the proceeds from the tax shall be deposited into the Tourism Promotion Fund. Provides that those moneys shall be used by the municipality in which a local convention center is located to reimburse the local convention center for the amount of qualified incentives provided by the convention center. Effective immediately.
