Bill Title: Amends the Private Detective, Private Alarm, Private Security, Fingerprint Vendor, and Locksmith Act of 2004. Provides that no person shall be issued a permanent employee registration card who has been convicted of battery, aggravated battery, domestic battery, or aggravated domestic battery if the offense for which the person was convicted or adjudicated was sexually motivated. Effective immediately.
