Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Provides that an individual or group policy of accident and health insurance or a managed care plan amended, delivered, issued, or renewed in the State on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act shall not require prior authorization for prescription drugs used in the treatment of COVID-19 that have received an emergency authorization from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Effective immediately.
