Bill Title: Amends the Property Tax Code. Provides that a taxing district may establish a program to allow persons who will turn 60 years of age or older during the taxable year to volunteer to provide services within that taxing district in exchange for a reduction in the property tax liability of the primary residence of that person. Sets forth limitations on the amount of the reduction.
