Bill Title: Amends various Acts relating to the governance of public universities in Illinois and the Public Community College Act. Requires a university or community college to waive its fee for the receipt or transmission of a transcript for each veteran, member of the Armed Forces of the United States, member of the Reserve components thereof, or member of the Illinois National Guard who resides in this State and has been admitted to the institution. Effective immediately.
