Bill Title: Amends the Trustees of Schools Article of the School Code. Allows the governing boards of Lyons Township High School District 204, Western Springs School District 101, LaGrange School District 102, LaGrange School District 105, LaGrange Highlands School District 106, Pleasantdale School District 107, and the LaGrange Area Department of Special Education to withdraw from the jurisdiction and authority of the trustees of schools of Lyons Township and the township treasurer, provided that the boards elect or appoint their own treasurers. Provides that these amendatory changes are prospective only and, with respect to Lyons Township High School District 204, shall not affect any pending legal action in the Illinois courts in which Lyons Township High School District 204 is a listed party. Effective immediately.
