Bill Title: Amends the State Employee Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Allows a State policeman who applies for retirement within 3 months after the effective date of the amendatory Act in order to take a judicial position to elect to establish eligible creditable service for periods employed by the Federal Bureau of Investigations for which credit is not held in any other public employee pension fund or retirement system. Requires payment of employee contributions, the employer's normal cost of the benefits accrued, and regular interest. Effective immediately.
