Bill Title: Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Creates the offense of extortion. Provides that a person commits the offense when he or she knowingly obtains property from another, with his or her consent, induced by wrongful use of actual or threatened force, violence, or fear, or under color of official right. Establishes penalties based on the value of the property extorted.
