Bill Title: Amends the State Universities Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Extends to July 1, 2016 certain exemptions from the requirement that an employer must pay to the System the present value of the increase in benefits resulting from the portion of any increase in earnings that exceeds 6%. Also includes a technical correction. Effective immediately.
