Bill Title: Amends the Good Samaritan Act. Provides that a person who in good faith and without fee administers epinephrine to another person who is suffering from a severe allergic reaction shall not be liable for civil damages as a result of his or her acts or omissions, except for willful or wanton misconduct on the part of the person in administering the epinephrine.
