Bill Title: Amends the Medical Assistance Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that the Department of Healthcare and Family Services shall provide medical assistance coverage for human organ or tissue transplantation for legal immigrants who reside in the State. Permits the Department to adopt any rules necessary to implement this provision.
