Bill Title: Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that, if the Prisoner Review Board requires that a person undergo medical, psychiatric, drug addiction, or alcoholism treatment as a condition of parole or mandatory supervised release, evaluation for that treatment must be completed within 30 days after release and the person must complete treatment as recommended in the evaluation.
