Bill Title: Amends the Nurse Practice Act. Provides that the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation may issue a certified registered nurse anesthetist license to an advanced practice registered nurse who does not have a graduate degree, applies for licensure before July 1, 2028 (instead of July 1, 2023), and submits the other required information to the Department.
