Bill Title: Amends the Department of Transportation Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that the Department of Transportation shall conduct a study and prepare a report on the feasibility and installation, every 20 miles, of signs that span the width of each interstate highway and display safety messages in brief, bold designs. Provides that the Department shall submit a report of its findings and recommendations to the General Assembly by December 31, 2021.
