Bill Title: Amends the Nursing Home Care Act. Provides that the Department of Public Health shall enter into an interagency agreement with the Office of the State Fire Marshal under which the latter shall conduct all surveys, evaluations, or inspections of nursing homes with respect to facility standards regulating protection of residents from fire hazard.
