Bill Title: Amends the State Employees Group Insurance Act of 1971, the Counties Code, the Illinois Municipal Code, the School Code, the Illinois Insurance Code, the Pharmacy Practice Act, and the Illinois Public Aid Code by restoring the provisions that were amended by Public Act 102-103 to the form in which they existed before their amendment by Public Act 102-103 and by repealing certain provisions that were added by Public Act 102-103. Effective immediately.
