Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that, from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, the registration fees imposed under this Article shall be reduced by 50%. Provides for transfers from the General Revenue Fund to the Road Fund. Provides that the vehicle use tax shall be suspended from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023. Effective immediately.
