Bill Title: Provides that if and only if Senate Bill 1510 of the 101st General Assembly becomes law, then the Medical Assistance Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code is amended by making a provision that concerns the DCFS per diem rates for inpatient psychiatric stays operative through July 1, 2023 (rather than through June 30, 2021). Effective immediately or on the date Senate Bill 1510 of the 101st General Assembly takes effect, whichever is later.
